About Onyinye Onyinye Etoniru-Okoh is an author of several books, a blogger on TLWO, a womenpreneur coach and an organizing enthusiast offering residential, business and personal organizing services. She is a gift expert and CEO of O’lavanda Signature. Nigeria’s foremost bespoke gifts company that creates, organizes and packages lifestyle product and experience gifts for all occasions. Onyinye is a first class graduate of Estate Management from the University of Lagos. She completed her Master degree in International Management at Henley Business School, UK before coming back to Nigeria to start a career in organizational design and development. Her experience spans from organizational design, strategic planning, human resource management, executive leadership coaching, policy development, change management, brand advisory, retail advisory, space design, product development, value-chain management, business improvement, organizational development to designing operational models and processes. She currently works as a Product Account Manager for an International Food & Beverage Marketing Company. She has interests in green business advocacy, investing in real estate, entrepreneurship and improving the educational sector in Africa.
She is a focused, purposeful and resourceful young lady. Prior to Henley, she founded Truekolours Hub, a learning hub for young leaders and women entrepreneurs; using education and innovation to solve Africa’s leadership challenge. The Hub launched THE BLUE Award, the most prestigious undergraduate award in Africa with the aim to empower Africa’s workforce. The award is a new approach to holistic education for undergraduates to prepare them for life and work after school whilst in the University. It solves the problem of skill gap and closes the self-knowledge gap of graduates by equipping them to discover themselves early enough in order to help them make better career and entrepreneurial decisions after University. The hub started a five year project-True Living Conference (TLC) in 2013, offering a formidable platform for learning, inspiration, self-leadership and change has equipped over 1500 young people with leadership skills and the TLC Mentor Me Challenge has incubated about 25 change agents of which some of them have initiated change projects that has positively influenced the lives of their beneficiaries in various communities across Nigeria.
The hub has launched innovative projects that has impacted on leadership development in Africa; The Entrepreneurs Guide-Nigeria’s first DIY business solution hub for women entrepreneurs, The Impact Board, a media initiative aimed at projecting the voices of impact makers in Africa and fostering collaboration amongst impact makers, Bizstagram – Africa’s first virtual exhibition platform for women entreprenenurs and ‘Her Agenda’, a virtual conference and exhibition fair supporting women entrepreneurs and advancing trans-continental trade in celebration of Women’s Entrepreneurship Day.
She is a member of YALI (Young African Leaders Initiative), an alumna of LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Programme, DYLP (Discovering Young Leaders Programme) Common Wealth 2013, Women Mentoring Women by Idea Builders, and Young Talents programme by Lagos Business School 2015. A finalist at Idea-Fest Business Challenge by Henley Business School 2014, Winner of the Nigeria Project Pitch Competition 2018, Top 50 Finalist at The Next Titans Reality TV Entrepreneurial show 2016, Young Leader of the Year 2016 by SLAM, Top 50 nominees of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Nigeria Award by Junior Chamber International (JCI) 2018, recipient of Emerald Award for Academic Excellence, University of Lagos Scholarship Award and the Red Award, UK.
In 2014, she founded TJFC Platform, an online Christian social platform and book club which equips young girls and women; teaching them life and home management from God's perspective. The Platform hosts book chats bi- annually and organizes personal and home makeover events and online campaigns. She is called to the ministry of building and restoring godly foundations by proclaiming and publishing the truth to advance the kingdom of God and expand its influence in the world. She is a Christian, conference speaker and the co-host of The TJFC show. She spends her leisure time reading, writing, thinking, travelling, cooking, building brands and contributing to lives. She is married to her destiny partner Emeka Okoh and they live happily together in Lagos. Nigeria.
